Pitcairn Taps Leslie Voth as President/COO
Jenkintown, PA (August 4, 2008) Pitcairn, a leading multi-family office helping families sustain generational wealth, today named Leslie C. Voth as president and chief operating officer, a new position reporting to Dirk Jungé, chairman and chief executive officer of Pitcairn. Ms. Voth, 51, was previously president of Pitcairn’s Wealth Management Group having joined Pitcairn in 1993. In her new position, she will focus on issues related to corporate planning and strategic growth, as well as continue to oversee all client relationships.
In making the announcement, Mr. Jungé said, “Leslie has a proven track record, not only at Pitcairn where she has helped position the firm for our next phase of growth, but also in the broader financial services field. As the business of family office grows increasingly competitive, Leslie’s knowledge and insights are essential to Pitcairn maintaining its leadership status.”
During the past year, Ms. Voth led the Pitcairn team that developed and successfully implemented a state-of-the art, 100% open architecture investment platform that has propelled the firm’s investment management offering to the forefront of the industry.
Ms. Voth has held a number of key positions as a member of the Pitcairn senior management team since 1996, including leadership roles in marketing and client services. She has been instrumental to Pitcairn’s growth success, leading the expansion of the firm’s regional offices and developing a total wealth management approach to the family office experience. She also pioneered the Pitcairn Women’s Forum, the firm’s first educational program targeted to women.
A veteran of the financial industry with over 25 years of accomplishment, Ms. Voth also served for nine years as Vice President of the Meritor Financial Group before joining Pitcairn. She holds a degree from Wheaton College, and outside her professional duties, is involved with many groups that support the arts.
