Industry Pioneer Duane DuCharme Joins Ryan’s Board of Directors

Dallas, Texas -- Ryan, the leading tax services firm in North America, with the largest transaction tax practice in the United States and Canada, today announced that Duane DuCharme has joined the company’s Board of Directors. Mr. DuCharme is a pioneer in the tax services industry, having formed DuCharme & Associates, Inc. in 1968. He then cofounded the tax consulting firm DuCharme, McMillen & Associates, Inc. (DMA) in 1973. Mr. DuCharme later sold the company to his employees in 1994 and then served as Chairman of DMA until December 2006. He will play a significant role in Ryan’s strategic growth plan, including emerging markets, the addition of key services and capabilities, and the continued acquisition of premier talent.
