Park Sutton Advisors, LLC Formed to Provide Investment Banking Services to the Financial Services Industry
NEW YORK, NY -- (June xx, 2008) – Park Sutton Advisors, LLC announced today the launch of a new investment banking boutique that will provide investment banking services to the financial services industry.
Under the leadership of the firm’s founding partners, Steven Levitt and Jaime Carvallo, Park Sutton’s team collectively counts over 50 years of expertise in investment banking, private banking, institutional brokerage, and corporate banking for U.S. and international firms. Park Sutton’s client focus will be on asset managers, wealth managers, broker-dealers, fund administrators, and other types of financial services companies. Services provided will include strategic advice in connection with mergers and acquisitions, valuations, divestitures, strategic alliances, joint ventures, fairness opinions, and equity transition/succession planning programs. Levitt, the firm’s managing director, has focused on middle-market merger and acquisition transactions in the financial services sector for the past 12 years, successfully completing approximately 50 investment banking assignments. Prior to launching Park Sutton, he led strategic advisory assignments for investment banks Cambridge International Partners, MilleniumAssociates, and Putnam Lovell.
Prior to co-founding Park Sutton, Carvallo spent the past 14 years developing and managing Latin American high-net-worth and corporate relationships at HSBC, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and Banco de Credito del Peru, the country’s largest commercial bank. He has particular expertise in the Andean Region.
Levitt and Carvallo are joined in founding the new firm by Chief Operating Officer Loic Lamoureux, two additional bankers and an operations manager, each of whom has worked with leading financial services firms.
