FineMark National Bank Trust Announces Plans for Bonita Springs Office

Like FineMark’s flagship office, which is located in Riverwalk at Whiskey Creek in Fort Myers, the Coconut Point office will offer a full spectrum of banking options, including a depository, lending, and trust and investment services.

The 9,390-square-foot, Mediterranean-style building will feature a grand two-story banking lobby, two-lane drive thru, conference rooms, a full-service kitchen for catered events, and office space for 20-plus staff. Dennis Landfried, a veteran private banker and trust specialist, will be responsible for the office.

“The new location will enable us to develop deeper relationships with existing clients in the Bonita Springs and Estero community, and develop new relationships there as well,” said Catti. “We are excited to be able to enhance the private banking experience in the area.”

Gora McGahey Associates in Architecture provided the design for the new office. Owen-Ames-Kimball Company is the general contractor.
