FineMark National Bank Trust Opens New Headquarters Upscale facility provides a better banking experience

FORT MYERS, Fla. (June 2, 2008) The new FineMark National Bank Trust headquarters is now open for business in Riverwalk at Whiskey Creek, announced Joseph R. Catti, president and CEO. The new upscale banking center replaces FineMark's former headquarters site on South Cleveland Avenue, which is now closed.

The new 20,000-square-foot, two-story building houses all of FineMark's financial services under one roof, including its personal and business deposit, loan, and trust and investment divisions. The complex also includes conference rooms, a large boardroom, an expansive banking lobby, a vault with safe deposit boxes, ample storage facilities and a convenient drive-thru area. It employs state-of-the-art technology and security features.

Additionally, the bank features a large community room with seating for up to 140 people, which it plans to use to host educational, cultural and community service activities. The bank also contains a professional-grade kitchen, staffed by an in-house chef, for entertaining clients and guests of FineMark.

"We are proud of our deep roots in Lee County, and this new building underscores our plan to become an even bigger part of the community in the years ahead," said David Lucas, the bank's chairman of the board. "The prime location in Riverwalk will allow us to better serve clients throughout Fort Myers, Cape Coral and Sanibel."

"Our Riverwalk office is designed to make clients feel at home and to reflect our high standards in everything we do," Catti said. "We will have similar amenities and ambiance in our Coconut Point office, which is scheduled to open early next year."

Gora McGahey provided the building's architectural design, which reflects the style of world- renowned architect Frank Lloyd Wright. Owen-Ames-Kimball was the general contractor.

The bank's hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Friday 8:30 a.m. 5 p.m. Riverwalk at Whiskey Creek is located just north of College Parkway off Winkler Road.
