Keith A. Bujalski, CTA, CPA, Elected as New President of FIRMA
The Fiduciary and Investment Risk Management Association, Inc. ™ (“FIRMA™”) is proud to announce that Keith A. Bujalski of Freehold, New Jersey, was elected President of the national association by the FIRMA Board of Directors at their 22nd Annual National Training Conference, held in Orlando, FL, April 6-10, 2008. Mr. Bujalski is also a Vice President of the Audit Department for JPMorgan Chase in New York, NY.
FIRMA is the leading fiduciary and investment risk management association providing continuing education, best practices, and networking opportunities for audit, compliance, and risk management professionals within the financial services industry. In addition to its annual national training conference, FIRMA will offer regional training seminars in the fall of 2008, including Anchorage, Charlotte, Chicago, Cleveland, New York, San Antonio, San Francisco, and St. Louis.

Mr. Bujalski has global responsibility for internal audit coverage of JPMorgan Chase’s Worldwide Securities Services business within the Treasury and Securities Services division. Keith was also previously responsible for the Global Private Banking and Private Client Services businesses within the Asset Management division of the firm. He has also served as the Audit representative on the firm’s Anti-Money Laundering Oversight Committee. Prior to joining JP Morgan Chase, Keith has held audit manager positions at Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust Company, and Brown Brothers Harriman & Co.
Keith is a graduate of Old Dominion University where he obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant and also holds both his Certified Trust Auditor and Certified Financial Services Auditor designations. Keith lives in New Jersey with his wife and two children.
In 2006, Mr. Bujalski was appointed to the Board of Directors of FIRMA for a special one-year term and was elected to a three-year term by the membership in 2007. He has been Vice President of the Association for the past year. He served as Chair of the Finance Committee in 2007 and in 2006 Chaired the association’s Operational Risk Committee.
