Minimum Job Requirements: Ten or more years of financial services experience preferred. Estate settlement and trust experience required. Five years of supervisory experience preferred. Strong written and communication skills. Willingness to travel, as needed. Education Requirements: College Degree required Advanced Degree preferred
Position Description: Senior Trust Officer - Settlement: responsible for all the administration, compliance and management of estate & trust settlement activities within an assigned area of responsibility. The position reports to the Chief Trust Officer in the Boca Raton Region, but is expected to work closely with the Chief Trust Officer in Houston along with PAG with respect to any issues which fall outside the home region. The candidate should possess a superior level of knowledge and understanding of fiduciary law, working knowledge of various trust entities, UPIA, UPI&A, estate and gift tax laws, trust accounting along with a basic knowledge of investments.
