Position: Trust Officer II
Location: Newport Beach, CA.
Duties:
Provides fiduciary support and expertise to meet the needs of clients
in support of the integrated delivery of products and services. Works
closely with relationship managers, portfolio managers and other
support areas in defining client’s requirements including legal
and tax aspects, coordinating the service fulfillment and expanding
book of relationships. Responsible for the compliance of policy and
procedure and risk management of fiduciary account book. Non-licensed
associate.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 to 7 years administering personal trust accounts of HNW
individuals. Legal background desired. Demonstrated oral, written, and
presentation communication skills. Good organizational skills. Is able
to work in a multi-task environment with minimum supervision while
demonstrating teamwork amongst other associates. Is computer literate.
