Senior Trust Administrator

Minimum Job Requirements: 2-3 years financial services experienced preferred, trust experience required Apparent or demonstrated ability to work in a high/ultra high net worth account management environment Demonstrated ability to function as a member of a team and willingness to support a variety of daily activities relating to operating a small trust office. Working knowledge of trust operations and systems Ability to effectively organize and work with others in a large organization and to manage multiple tasks Good written/oral communication and strong interpersonal skills Education Requirements: College degree strongly required, additional certifications and/or degree preferred.

Position Description: Responsible for the effective and efficient management of the daily workflow and processes entrusted to the individual by the Senior Trust Officers and Trust Officers on their trust administration team Assists Trust Officer and Senior Trust Officer in all aspects of account/relationship management. The STA coordinates the internal delivery of service for their sub-regional team through appropriate channels within the Fiduciary Services Group and Trust Services. This may include, but is not limited to account funding, processes involved in account opening and funding, transfer of information as it relates to account closings, ensuring that recurring remittances are processed in a timely fashion and that client bills are paid promptly. The STA will also assist in handling of inquiries either directly or as a research resource from the Trust sales force, Merrill Lynch Financial Advisors and Private Wealth Advisors, clients or clients outside advisors.  Merrill Lynch is an Equal Opportunity Employer.  Please cite job title applying for in subject of email.
