Private Client Advisor III

Grade Level/Salary Range:

20 - Exempt - (Min: $72776 Max: $111323)

Hours / Schedule:
8:00 AM -- 5:00 PM

Description:
Serves as a support system for his/her assigned Sr. Relationship Manager. Cultivates and maintains relationships with an assigned base of clients. Provides advice regarding investment, tax, credit, and overall financial management strategies to clients. Serves as a resource for client's other advisors such as attorneys, money managers, CPAs, and tax accountants. Develops asset allocation and financial plan strategies that meets client objectives, assists clients and their other advisors in defining objectives as needed. Actively monitors client's financial situation and proactively engages clients in consideration of changes or additions to their financial strategies. Coordinates assistance and involvement of product specialists to ensure the full and complete satisfaction of client needs. Promotes and sells the full array of financial services distributed by the company to current and new clients. Actively cultivates and maintains relationships with sources of new business. Provides superior communications and service to clients, ensuring a continual interaction that promotes mutual trust and client retention. Develops and maintains a high level of knowledge of financial planning and investment disciplines; maintains a good base of knowledge of trust, credit, and insurance disciplines. Completes and maintains relationship plans. Personnel management of Assistants assigned to a Relationship Management Team. Works closely with product manufactures to ensure quality products and best in class services are provided to clients. Evaluates, monitors, and maximizes the profitability of client relationships.

Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and/or work experience. MBA preferred. Securities licensing ultimately leading to a CFP designation. Five years of trust/financial planning or related experience.

Demonstrates a strong level of proficiency in the use of personal computers and software packages (such as Microsoft Office).
