Job Description:
Responsible for Private Bank Trust leadership in the assigned market. Will work closely with Market Executive and Relationship Managers as the trust product leader to achieve strategic market revenue and retention objectives of the PB. Provides effective leadership and oversight for trust associates to include recruiting, training and development, account load issues, etc. Leads and is accountable for a rigorous business development plan for trust product sales both internally and externally, retention and expansion of existing business, and assuring trust as well as trust policy adherence/ risk/compliance.

Qualifications:
Minimum 10 to 15 years of proven senior personal trust administrative/leadership experience is required. Is a leader who can earn trust and inspire confidence. JD/trust legal studies and/or trust school coupled with demonstrated sales skills. In-market experience desired and community involvement necessary. Demonstrated oral, written, and presentation communication skills. Is able to work in a multi-task environment with minimum supervision while demonstrating teamwork amongst other associates.
