Job 5253: V.P. Wealth Management Sales

Base Salary: 70-000-120,000, DOE
Position Responsibilities: Work in a team environment to generate and expand private banking relationships with this top tier bank. This Vice President position is part of a 5-person team focusing on Wealth Management. Business development expertise is used to bring in business from professionals and business owners and their key employees. Trust and investments are the lead products, though cross sales are also a piece of the puzzle. Customers should have investable assets of at least $1 million. Though not involved in day to day account management, officers stay in touch with their accounts to facilitate cross sales and/or new business. Referrals from existing clients and maintaining contact with outside spheres of influence provide additional sales opportunities. Your background can be in investments, trust or private banking, but your sales skills should be strong.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: 1. Experience working with trust and investment products. 2. Proven track record selling wealth management products. 3. Strong interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications: 1. J.D. in trust, CFP or Canon Trust School ceritifcation helpful. 2. Securities sales licenses.
