Job 5928: VP, Manager of Trust Administration

Position Responsibilities:
$1 billion dollar wealth management department in a regional bank in Dubuque, IA... is looking for a serious personal trust technician to manage their administration department. This person will manage four trust administrators and support staff. Although this person will be expected to become apart of the Dubuque community, business development is not a high priority for this position. Must have experience in administering complex personal trust accounts. Must have management experience.

Education and Certifications/Licenses:
Bachelors, JD, CFP, CTFA (preferred, but not required)

Mandatory Minimum Qualifications:
Good technical knowledge. Good people skills. Past management experience. Looking for someone who would prefer to work for their next employer an extended period, with ever increasing responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
JD

Additional Comments:
In my networking for this bank, I have heard great things about both the organization and its people. The three most senior level trust professional all have tenures with the bank for more than twenty years each.
