Job 5565: Trust Department Head

Location State: OR

Base Salary: 70,000 - 80,000

Bonus & Incentives: discretionary year end bonuses, incentive plan, gifted % salary into company esop

Position Responsibilities: Management of Trust Department, overseeing 6-8 professionals, oversee book of business, generate new business

Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors

Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: Must have management experience, excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven track record of successful/fruitful client relationship management.
