Job 5730: Trust Client Services Administrator

Location City: Boston Area

Location State: MA

Base Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 DOE

Bonus & Incentives: Annual discretionary bonus.

Position Responsibilities: The Trust Client Services Administrator at this law firm is comparable to a Trust Officer or Relationship Manager at a bank and is responsible for the administration of an assigned group of Trust and Estate Accounts. There are no direct or indirect sales duties.

Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, CTFA preferred

Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: * Expertise with PC software applications, especially computerized trust accounting systems, or the demonstrated ability to develop this expertise, is required. * Bachelors' Degree in a business related discipline and an understanding of trust business, operations and systems is required. * Understanding of investment management markets is needed.

Preferred Qualifications: * Good organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines. * Ability to demonstrate strong problem solving skills. * Ability to work with diverse groups to attain common goals. * Ability to be a proactive, self starter, who understands the details within a much larger context. * Must be flexible in order to respond quickly and positively to shifting demands and opportunities. * Ability to plan, organize and carry out multiple related activities. * Ability to work in a multi office environment. * Must pay attention to details and have the ability to follow up and follow through.

Additional Comments: A demonstrated knowledge and understanding of capital makets and investment vehicles highly valued.
