Job 5216: Start-up Personal Trust Manager

Location City: Albuquerque

Location State: NM

Base Salary: $125,000-135,000

Bonus & Incentives: Incentive will either be a certain percentage of first year's fees brought in, or part of the bank's quarterly bonus program

Position Responsibilities: We are looking for a personal trust professional who can initiate the start-up trust department for an existing bank in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This person will have the unique combination of business development skills, high technical knowledge, and an entrepreneurial disposition. 

Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, JD, CFP, CTFA (nice, but not required)

Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: Candidate must be business development minded. Candidate must have personal trust administration experience. Must have experience managing other trust professionals, and have P&L responsibilities. 

Preferred Qualifications: Would prefer to find a trust professional who has already successfully started a De Novo trust department.
