Job 5117: Sr. Personal Trust Officer
Location State: KS
Base Salary: 75,000
Bonus & Incentives: Will recive bonus and incentive on new business.
Position Responsibilities: Independent bank is looking for a Sr. Trust Officer to manage the complex trust accounts. He or she will be the number-two person in a $500+MM asset trust department. The right person could go on to manage the department in the next five years. Minimal sales required, no sales goals.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, JD, CPA, CFA, CTFA a plus but not required.
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: Must have experience working with complex trusts and estates. Must have a steady employment history.
Preferred Qualifications: Prefer someone who has lived and worked in a smaller community and has worked with rural clients. Some management/team-leader experience a plus.
Benefits: BCBS medical insurance. Employer pays 45% - 55%.
Overnight Travel: No Required
