Job 5553: Senior Trust Officer

Location State:

Base Salary: 70,000 - 75,000+ DOE

Bonus & Incentives: Two Bonus/Incentive Programs: 1) Up to 12% Corporate Performance Bonus paid annual per business & individual results, and 2) Graduated Sales Incentive Plan starting at 20%.

Position Responsibilities: Multi-Billion dollar financial institution boasting exceptional ROE & over a dozen years of record breaking financial performance seeks talented trust professional with potential for Senior Management role. As a seasoned member of team, you will 1) Manage a portfolio of over 250 personal trust client relationships, 2) Manage the larger, more complex client relationships of the Trust Division, 3) Monitor account activity and portfolio mix to ensure that client's established investment guidelines are always met, 4) Work with Trust Sales Manager to develop sales strategies to attract new Trust clients and to expand existing Trust relationships, and 5) Achieve annual negotiated performance standards.

Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, CTFA, CFP preferred - not required

Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: 7+ years in Personal Trust including excellent client management skills; Demonstrated sales skills/experience within the financial services industry; Investment knowledge; Effective written and verbal communication skills; PC literate, and Some trust employee benefits experience a plus.

Preferred Qualifications: Proven ability to consistently meet performance goals coupled with demonstrated Sales/Client Relationship Management experience.

Additional Comments: Client seeks qualified candidate to fit into Trust Department succession plan. Candidates with knowledge of and contacts within firm's market area will be given considerable weight. Recruiter will readily share details with interested and qualified candidates.
