Job 5439: Senior Relationship Mgrs

Base Salary: 130,000 - 150,000
Bonus & Incentives: The incentive program is fee based and and against a draw which is typically waived for the first 2 quarters.
Position Responsibilities: Develop, Maintain & grow client relationships. Market & originate loans, secured & unsecured lines of credit & construction loans. Market wealth management services insluding investment advisory, trust & brokerage services
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, 7, 63 desirable
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: Entrepreneurial, Highly Confident & competent Relationship Management, Flexible, Committed, Knowledge of Financial Products including Credit, investment, brokerage, trust & banking. Preferred Qualifications: CFP
Additional Comments: Company is a highly successful bank that for the past 10 years has had a compound growth rate in excess of 20%, and $7 billion in assets. They have offices on both coasts. The compenstion package is extremely rewarding and competitive performance oriented. There is no cap on what can be earned. It is a non-bureaucratic organization that works to facilitate the rapid delivery of client solutions.
