Job 5660: Private Banking/Emerging Wealth Team Leader

Position Responsibilities: As a "Player/Coach" develops new business relationships and enhances existing relationships with successful entrepreneurs, doctors, attorneys and other high net worth individuals. Produce loans for affluent consumer and commercial clients and interact extensively with investment and asset management line of business partners. Responsible for continuous improvements and sales effectiveness of assigned private banking staff through sales leadership, including coaching and counseling, feedback and reinforcement, and support of the bank's sales and credit cultures. Responsible for the development of additional private banking client relationships and the improvement of market share of private banking loans and non-credit services. Makes recommendations for assigned personnel regarding employment, training, performance ratings, salary changes, promotions, transfers, terminations, career enhancement and staffing

Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, 6/73, 7 and 66

Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of six years relevant commercial, business banking or related credit driven wealth management and banking experience. Initiates and conducts presentations to accountants and lawyers for business development and referral sources. Attends local seminars and business functions, and actively participates in local community and civic organizations to increase community contact base. Negotiates loan structure, interest rates and loan agreements with borrowers. Closes and funds loan requests following the approval process. Coordinates with other departments in the bank to best service customers' overall banking needs and to obtain needed information.
