Position Responsibilities:
Private Banking Services Relationship Manager The "quarterback" of high net worth clients financial management team for an established portfolio in Lancaster/Reading, PA. A seasoned professional, with the knowledge and experience to fully marshal the bank's internal and external resources. As the lead consultant within and outside the bank, this Relationship Manager will understand the full spectrum of the client's financial situation and needs. Through detailed and fully confidential planning, short-term and long-term personal goals and objectives must be carefully analyzed. This Private Banker will draw on various specialists within the bank to assemble a team tailored to meet the client's specific goals. He/She will also work closely with a team of professional advisors such as accountants, lawyers, and tax specialists, to insure that the client's entire financial plan is coordinated and meets planned objectives. The position's requirements include strong credit expertise, 3 or more years in commercial and/or private banking lending and new business development skills. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, time management competence , a professional demeanor,and the ability to represent the bank's lending and investment products. CFP designation is helpful..

Education and Certifications/Licenses:
Bachelors, CFP would be nice, not required

Mandatory Minimum Qualifications:
Ideally this candidate would have worked themselves into Private Banking from either Commercial Lending, Trust, Investments or Brokerage.
