Job 5420: Personal Trust Administrator

Base Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 DOE
Bonus & Incentives: Bank has a performance shares bonus plan that proportionately compensates all employees based upon the company's financial results. Historically plan pay-out has ranged 8-10%
Position Responsibilities: Become a key player within our client's management succession plan. Join this $400+M trust group, part of a highly successful high touch / high performance community bank located in a region that can only be adequately described as idyllic! You'll be accountable for every aspect of your assigned personal trust relationships. Besides administering a book of accounts and proactively building trusted advisor relationships with your clients, you will provide client specific investment management advice using a highly successful investment model. As a trust administrator, you will maintain regular client communication as part of a commitment to personalized service, and will have the opportunity to seek additional ways to expand current client relationships.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, CTFA preferred
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor degree or equivalent trust experience. * 7-10 years personal trust administration experience. * Proven investment advisory and investment management experience. * Dedication to proactively serving client needs by building and maintaining relationships. * Experienced at periodically performing client calls. * Excellent communications skills - written and verbal. * PC literate and knowledge of trust accounting systems. * Exceptional interpersonal skills and collegial work attitude.
Preferred Qualifications: * Some qualified retirement plan experience preferred. * Experienced at periodically performing client calls.
