Job 5768: New Business Development Officer

Location State: KY

Base Salary: 50-60k

Bonus & Incentives: The incentive is based on new recurring fee income and is on a sliding scale in increments of 50,000 once the base has been recovered..

Position Responsibilities: This individual will be responsible for developing new business for Wealth Management, Trust and Institutional Trust. We want a motivatedrain maker who enjoys the sales function, is a self starter and has the ability to form alliances within other departments of the bank for the purpose of internal referrals.This individual will have the presentation skills to be able to develop rapport and generate business through centers of influence within their selling region.

Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, none required

Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: A proven track record of sellling either Personal Trust, Wealth Management, and or a Institutional Products. This individual will be expected to generate 150,000 to 200,000 in thier first year of production.

Preferred Qualifications: The preferred candidate will have experience and knowledge of Trust, Pension and Investment Management products and have sold those products with decent production.

Additional Comments: The client will also entertain individuals who have only knowledge in one of those product areas if they are a strong sales professional.
