Job 5701: New Business Development Officer

Base Salary:
110,000-130,000

Bonus & Incentives:
Company has goal of 150,000 in fee income annual. Candidate will receive a percentage of that fee income. If 150,000K goal is met, candidate receives 25% of said revenue. Candidate incentive percentage increases as goal is surpassed. For instance if candidate generates 220% of goal they receive 40% of fee income. Earning potential is consequently unlimited.

Position Responsibilities:
New Englandís most distinguished bank and trust has rare opportunity for proven New Business Development Officer. As the lead Officer for the southern New Hampshire market, this person will benefit from bankís sterling reputation and considerable resources both within and outside the bank in order to expand bankís influence and client base. Said officer will work closely with bank departments, local attorneys and centers of influence. Position requires intimate knowledge of trust industry, communication and relationship building skills and proven business development ability. The company offers very competitive compensation and excellent incentive plan for chosen candidate.

Education and Certifications/Licenses:
Bachelors

Mandatory Minimum Qualifications:
Intimate knowledge of trust industry. Excellent communication and client relationship skills. JD or CFP beneficial.
