Job 5731: Managing Director - Trust & Custody
Location City: Upstate New York
Location State: NY
Base Salary: $125,000 - $130,000 DOE
Bonus & Incentives: Bonus directly tied to goal
achievement. Potential to double income.
Position Responsibilities: This position will direct the
firmís custody and trust business, including responsibility
for quality of services and pursuit of the Firmís strategic
objectives. Candidates should have the business acumen, creativity
and expertise in the personal trust/high net worth market to drive
firm assets to the next level.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, JD, MBA,
CFP preferred
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelorís
business related degree with 8 ñ 10 yearís experience in
a senior role within a trust company or organization offering trust
services. * Experience in business development and client service.
* A history of driving organizational change and asset
growth.
Preferred Qualifications: * Excellent verbal and written
communication skills with experience presenting at the executive
board level. * Strong supervision and change management
skills.
Additional Comments: Based upon consistency of goal
achievement, position offers incumbent potential for equity
position.
