Job 5959: Managing Director - Wealth Management
Location City: Western portion of state
Location State: MA
Base Salary: $125,000 - $130,000 DOE
Bonus & Incentives: Includes: 1) Annual bonus
incentive eligibility. Payout has averaged 30%. 2) Stock
Options
Position Responsibilities: Subsidiary bank seeks wealth
management executive to drive expansion. Will create effective
sales team and organizational structure from roots of legacy trust
business. Strategic focus will be to maximize profits margins,
drive accelerated sales growth, ensure quality client service &
business retention, expand client relationships to include as many
bank services as appropriate, and attract and retain quality talent
.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, CFP
preferred, estate / tax planning
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: 1) Demonstrated
knowledge of wealth management business,) 2)proven team player
approach to work, and 3) a goal driven attitude that is contagious,
4) a player/coach.

Additional Comments: This position will ensure that the
Private Banker within Wealth Management is strategically positioned
in the marketplace as financial advisors to clients with emphasis
on relationship building. The Private Banking group will take the
lead role in customer relationship management. Private Banking
personnel will identify needs, prioritize and draw upon a wide
range of solutions, integrating individual strategies into one
comprehensive plan. This position will hold department members
accountable for ensuring quality, growth and profitability of a
portfolio of secured and unsecured commercial loans and deposits,
and identification of a full range of customer wealth management
needs and appropriate sale of products and services to satisfy
those needs. By continuous networking through external and internal
centers of influence, will ensure increased market awareness of the
Groupís role as advocates for its clients and the excellence
of its service. Position the Group for growth and expansion, both
in terms of dollars and geography. Enhance the Groupís image
as an exclusive service. Explore the feasibility of new products
and services that will proactively address the needs of our clients
by maintaining current knowledge of client desires, industry trends
and competitorsí products and services. Ensure that the firm
is well positioned to maximize opportunities for Private
Banking.
