Job 6076: Investment Analyst

$40,000 to $50,000

Position Responsibilities: We are currently searching for a highly motivated analyst to support the firmís investment team. The Investment Analyst will assist with stock research, fundamental valuation analysis, portfolio modeling and monitoring, investment manager evaluation, and analysis of alternative investment opportunities. Candidates need to have high academic qualifications, a global perspective, and a desire to work closely with management. It is expected that the Investment Analyst will be familiar with sophisticated investment management technologies to support the investment operations.

Education and Certifications/Licenses:
Bachelors

Mandatory Minimum Qualifications:
Recent graduate of a top undergraduate program with a strong GPA. Strong valuation and communication skills and the ability to analyze a security and reach a conclusion in a quick time frame. Strong interest in the markets and the desire to work in an environment that emphasizes teamwork. Strong financial spreadsheet skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior investment research and analysis experience, preferred but not required.

Our client is a 100-year-old multi-family office that provides fiduciary, asset management, and personal advisory services to family trusts and trust clients. Located in Kalamazoo, Michigan, the firm assists in the management of the financial affairs of a limited number of client families located throughout the United States and internationally.
