Job 4514: Independent Financial Advisors
Location City: Houston, Austin, San Antonio, McAllen
Location State: TX
Base Salary: 100,000
Bonus & Incentives: Signing bonus of 20% of trailing 12 but in the form of a forgiveable loan. Montly draw based on commission
Position Responsibilities: Operate your own financial planning practice with the leverage of a prestigeous FORTUNE 500 financial services firm's name and brand! 85-91% payouts. Equity in practice. Run your own business. 1099 not an employee. Pay all of your expenses.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, Series 7 and either Series 63 or 66
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: 1-2 years current wealth management building/financial planning experience with at least a $10 MIL book (Assets Under Management) and at least $25K in production (GDC), trailing 12. Preferred Qualifications: $50 MIL+ MIL book (assets under management) and $100K in production (GDC), trailing 12.
