Job 5376: Director - Life Cycle Fund Distribution
Location State: NY
Base Salary: 80,000 - 90,000+ DOE
Bonus & Incentives: Bonus flexible based on 25% bonus pool. Amount tied to company & individual goal attainment.
Position Responsibilities: "Nothing succeeds like success" are the watchwords for this premier, $9B+ asset management firm. Employee-owned, rock solid, with a disciplined investment strategy and 30+ years experience, UAM have grown 30% in the last two years. Led by a stable team of bright , talented professionals, our client is considered one of the pioneers of life cycle management. The primary focus of this position is to oversee product development and marketing initiatives for the firm's various lifecycle vehicles.
Education and Certifications/Licenses: Bachelors, none required
Mandatory Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 3 - 5 years investment marketing experience needed.
* Proven and effective presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Masters Degree preferred.
* Preferred experience will include fund distribution and knowledge of
defined contribution retirement plans.
