Job 5341: Business Development Officer

Base Salary: $40,000 to 50,000

Bonus & Incentives: Incentive pay is based on production and is paid out for each type of bank product with no cap on the earnings.

Position Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities: Develop new business and promote the banks name in the greater Frederick Market.   Play an active roll in the community attending business and charitable events.   Team with other bank professionals on joint sales presentations. They can offer you job security along with career growth. Job Description Business Development Officer: You will be selling the bank and all of its full range of banking products. There is a complete team of professionals backing you up. The bank has a team oriented sales approach that has a Community Banking Officer to supply retail banking support, a mortgage lender, commercial lender and a trust officer all at your disposal. You will meet with your team weekly to exchange sales leads and referrals. Frederick is one of the most dynamic markets in the country which offers you limitless opportunities to sell. Compensation includes competitive base salary, full benefits and a lucrative incentive plan that has no cap on the earnings. 

Education and Certifications/Licenses: High School Degree

Mandatory Minimum Qualifications: Job Qualifications - Demonstrated good sales skills in the Frederick Area. Knowledgeable of a broad range of banking products.
