TRUST OFFICER III
Duties:
Responsible for trust product fulfillment and day-to-day account
administration in concert with the Private Bank relationship
development plan. Administers a book of trust accounts, typically of a
larger and more complex nature. Maintains knowledge of fiduciary law,
regulatory and compliance requirements, estate and tax planning. Serves
as fiduciary advisor to Relationship Managers. Accountable for growing
revenues within the fiduciary specialist team. Working knowledge of
fiduciary and investment services offered by the PB as well as some
credit and banking. Acts as the senior subject expert to the Market
Executive and PB team. Controls and minimizes risks through proactive
behavior and proven knowledge of fiduciary compliance and risk.
Non-licensed associate.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of personal trust administration experience with at
least 5 + years of proven leadership experience of a trust team is
required. Demonstrated advanced working knowledge of bank personal
trust policies/compliance and procedures, related products and
documentation related to complex trusts. JD, CPA, legal studies related
to trust, and/or trust school required. Demonstrated oral, written, and
presentation communication skills. Is able to work in a multi-task
environment while demonstrating teamwork with other associates. Is
