Cowles Legal Systems, Inc. Announces the Release of Version 12.0 of Their Trust Plus® Estate Planning System and the TrusTerminator®
Cowles Legal Systems, Inc. announces the release of version 12.0 of
their Trust Plus® estate planning system and the
TrusTerminator® postmortem system including more tools for
customizing your documents as well as additional state-specific
supporting documents and IRS forms.
Cowles’ Trust Plus creates wills, irrevocable trusts, and
revocable trusts, including funding documents, state-specific
supporting documents such as powers of attorney (financial and health
care) and deeds, invoices, correspondence, and custom covers and
envelopes. Utilizing the Cowles checklist-based system allows you to
make all substantive drafting decisions during the client appointment,
yet delegate data entry for document preparation. TrusTerminator
follows a chronological sequence to create documents and correspondence
required to terminate a revocable trust upon grantor’s death.
Practice development, practice management and substantive legal
resources are also included with Cowles’ systems.
Version 12 of Cowles’ software combines the benefits of a
streamlined, complete system with the ability to insert your own
customized language or add additional documents, allowing you to
streamline all aspects of your practice into this integrated system
while allowing a third party to keep the system current - technically
and substantively. Your documents and Cowles documents integrate for a
complete system - all with one time data entry! All customized phrases
and documents created in previous versions of the software will be
seamlessly carried into this release.
Version 12 offers the ability to change the point size and font type
to easily customize titles, headings and other areas throughout
documents. Other options allow you to utilize tabs to indent only one
line of text, print the customized version of a phrase with the
original Cowles version following for easy comparison, edit more
complex codes within the system using an "expert mode", and customize
headers and footers including inserting page numbers where desired and
editing margins of various documents.
Cowles has also enhanced existing tools to help you achieve maximum
benefit from the system including a separate tutorial CD, updated
PowerPoint® seminar slides, Quick Start guides to expedite
implementing the system, an updated CD version of the informational
audio, Completing the Revocable Trust Checklist, that discusses use of
the checklist in detail, drafting techniques in phrase selection, and
an update assessment feature for existing Cowles’ subscribers
that verifies you are using the most current version of the Cowles'
system.
For a complete overview of both Trust Plus and TrusTerminator, access
the complimentary web demos atwww.cowleslegal.com or contact Customer Care at
800-366-1730 to request a CD version. Each demo is approximately 20
minutes in length and includes detail on the many features included
with the systems. Also, register for a free one-on-one seminar on
