A committed team of international tax, trust, litigation and banking specialists service a global clientele of private banks, trustees and private individuals in relation to sophisticated cross-border tax and estate planning. The expansion of our private banking practice has resulted in openings in this area in our office in Zurich. The ideal candidates for these positions will have:
-
a strong academic record;
-
2+ years U.S. Estates and Trusts experience in an established U.S. law firm following admission to the bar in the U.S.;
-
and,
-
an interest in developing expertise in international tax and trust planning using the laws of the U.S. and the laws of other countries, and developing expertise in the design and implementation of tax-based insurance products.
This is an exciting opportunity for highly-motivated, responsible individuals to work in a challenging and stimulating environment, advising high net-worth families and some the world’s leading financial institutions on matters involving multi-jurisdictional tax planning issues for global families.
