Subscribers: About Your User ID and Password

Unless you created your own User ID and Password when ordering or updating your subscription, your User ID and Password are, respectively, your subscription account number and your 5-digit ZIP Code.

Your subscription account number appears on each issue of the magazine that delivers to you and on any invoices or renewal reminders you may have received. Your account number consists of eight or nine characters including the TE prefix. TE123456 for example.
